Dear Colleague,
As a scientist, you naturally do everything you can to take good care of your samples. But not all samples are so lucky.
Every day, untold numbers of samples receive less than rigorous handling, inconsistent treatment, and downright sloppiness. Despite their importance to the reproducibility of the science, samples are abused in the most shocking ways. Some of the more common forms of abuse include Well Ghettoization, Indecent Cryoprotectant Exposure, and Bad Sample Hygiene.
To learn more about Sample Abuse, and what you can do to help, read our list of the Most Common forms of Sample Abuse in labs today.
Scientists Against Sample Abuse (SASA) is an organization dedicated to raising the awareness of scientists around the globe about the unacknowledged yet experimentally dangerous practice of sample abuse. We are mobilizing the scientific public to take a stand and join us in fighting the scourge against science.
Sincerely, Scientists Against Sample Abuse
